In the 10 years that OSA has been presenting hands-on orchid repotting programs for schools throughout Arizona, January, 2005 marks the first time that a garden club that is also affiliated with the Arizona Federation of Garden Clubs has worked side-by-side with OSA’s school program team.

In the Phoenix Metro area, schools that have benefited from our free hands-on programs, have been appreciative. However, schools outside of the Phoenix Metro area are often excluded from special opportunities. When OSA ventures into outlying areas of the state, the gratitude expressed by teachers and students makes us realize that our efforts are especially rewarding to teachers, students, AND our program team.
